Your Role in Our Team

As our new Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth on our Self-Protection Systems portfolio. You will lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and shape winning strategies in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology. Your role will involve conceiving, developing, pursuing, and capturing programs in the application areas of aircraft self-protection and airborne 3D audio systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

Leading business development, key account management, and win strategy activities; accountable for meeting defined individual and organizational sales and revenue objectives.Establishing and maintaining strategically important key account relationships.Developing campaign capture plan objectives, strategies, and tactics in conjunction with quantifying and qualifying opportunities.Interfacing directly with customer decision-makers to shape market opportunities and optimize business opportunities for new/existing products, technologies, and services.Working closely with end-users and customers to align and shape the technical, programmatic, and budget requirements required for program definition.Collaborating with the global business development team, Advanced Design, and Engineering teams to develop and successfully market targeted, specific customer solutions.Developing a strong understanding of customers' business operations and goals to perform new business development activities with existing and new customers.
