About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Medical Affairs to lead our Danish Affiliate team. As a key member of our Clinical, Medical, Safety, Regulatory, and Customer Service Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Medical Affairs, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and initiatives, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of medical advisors to deliver high-quality projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clinical experts and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and regulatory teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Medical Affairs, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders. You will also need to have a master's degree in Life Sciences and proficiency in navigating legislation and adhering to regulations for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In addition, you will need to have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to leverage strong communication skills to drive influence and accomplish objectives. You will also need to have a strong enterprise and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make and communicate clear priorities.
