Key Job Responsibilities
  • Local closing activities and IFRS reporting to the Vaillant Group on a monthly basis
  • Year-end closing of entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, including communication and preparation of documents for auditors
  • Bank account management, payment handling, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Debtor and creditor management, including credit management and receivable aging
  • Bookings in SAP and through workflows, including payroll and recharges
  • VAT contact for entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway
  • Tax topics contact for authorities and the Vaillant Group (VAT and CIT)
  • Financial process implementation and optimization
  • Monthly balance sheet account control and reconciliation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills in accounting, controlling, and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting according to local GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficient in using MS Office and SAP ERP
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Danish, and basic Swedish
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive work attitude
  • Team player with strong communication and self-management skills
