We're looking for a Cybersecurity and Governance Advisor to join our team at Lenus.
This role plays a critical part in driving our security, risk, and compliance agenda as a member of our IT-Governance Committee. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing our IT governance framework across the organization.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT services meet those requirements. This includes identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and security standards.
Additionally, you'll advise and provide guidance on IT integration projects to align with business goals and strategies. We're looking for someone with a strong background in cybersecurity and governance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT-operation and/or IT-Governance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with IT-security solutions like MDM, XDR, DLP solutions.
- Familiarity with security threat detection and response is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
