Danfoss GmbH is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Chief Inclusion Officer for Global Transformation. This position requires expertise in shaping and implementing global inclusion strategies, fostering an inclusive work environment, and driving cultural transformation.

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global inclusion strategies that drive measurable impact across Danfoss locations.
  2. Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and diversity, ensuring all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute.
  3. Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive inclusion training programs, promoting awareness and understanding of diverse perspectives.
  4. Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align inclusion initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Provide expert advice and insights to advance inclusion across Danfoss, addressing complex challenges and developing actionable solutions.
  6. Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals, foster employee development, and enhance community-building.
  7. Embed the inclusion strategy into Danfoss's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable development.
  8. Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and continuously evaluate and improve inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (required).
  • 10+ years of experience in global DE&I strategy development and execution, with a preference for experience in large global manufacturing organizations.
  • 7+ years in HR or related fields, with expertise in organizational change and talent management.
  • Proven track record of leading cultural transformation and aligning inclusion initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience managing global teams or projects and leveraging data to measure inclusion impact.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align inclusion strategies with business goals and ensure effective execution across regions.
