Quality Assurance Specialist for Validation

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our CMC API QA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our CMC API facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training and support to colleagues on quality and compliance procedures
- Represent CMC QA in cross-organizational groups and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry
- At least 7 years of experience in QA roles in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in validation of GMP facilities and equipment is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
