We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Assistant to join our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team at Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Copenhagen.

The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a degree program related to data science, computer science, or business intelligence, with a strong foundation in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

As a Data Analytics Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools, working closely with our team of data engineers and analysts to unlock insights and drive business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our community of data and BI practitioners and maintaining an overview of our collaborations and data products
  • Authoring educational materials, documentation, templates, and presentations for users and stakeholders
  • Facilitating training and learning modules across our BI platforms
  • Updating our governance set-up and adjustment of policies

You will be part of a dynamic team that values trust, curiosity, adaptability, and accountability, and is committed to providing innovative solutions to the entire Lundbeck organization. With a focus on unlocking the value of our data and creating data-driven insights, we are building many data models on our Snowflake-based data platform using dbt and collaborating closely with our colleagues in the Data platform team.

Lundbeck offers a competitive salary, estimated around 35,000 DKK per month, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen, and requires approximately 20 hours of work per week.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • Familiarity with BI tools, such as Qlik Cloud or Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week
  • Expected graduation date within 2 years
  • Fluent in English
