Software Team Lead

As a Software Team Lead at team.blue, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a talented team of software engineers. Your primary focus will be on driving agile processes, contributing to the development of our FinTech platform, and ensuring the technical direction is aligned with the team's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor software engineers through the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define project requirements and align them with business goals.
- Lead and oversee all stages of the agile process, including refinement, planning, and tracking progress.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, and contribute as a developer on concrete tasks when time allows.
- Ensure coding standards are met and implement practices to maintain high software quality.
- Manage team resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster professional growth and development within the team.
Requirements:
- Background in Software Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience in software development and management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing an agile software team.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics, software engineering, and agile processes.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development.
- Proficiency in PHP with a deep mastery of its core principles in web applications.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Skilled in profiling, debugging, and using code quality tools like SonarQube.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Danish.
