Research Project

The focus of this research project is on developing RNA aptamers as therapeutics for precision skin disease targeting. The project involves a multifaceted approach, including:

  • Generation of aptamer-drug conjugates for precise Langerhans cell targeting,
  • Selection and characterization of novel RNA aptamers using in vitro methods,
  • Evaluation of their therapeutic potential in mouse models and human skin samples.

This project offers an exciting opportunity to work on the development of innovative RNA-based therapeutics for skin diseases, with a strong focus on Vitiligo.
