Job Title: Senior Corporate Counsel

Are you a seasoned legal professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team in Billund, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead legal work in Western Europe Markets
  • Partner management - from executive level down to mid-management and specialist
  • Lead legal negotiations
  • Ensure high compliance level
About the Role:

The WE Legal Team is a dynamic and global team responsible for providing legal assistance across our areas for key tasks and projects that support the LEGO Group's strategic priorities and commercial agenda.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of global experience from in-house or private practice within commercial legal work, preferably with legal experience within Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Compliance
  • Collaborative mentality
  • Proven track-record in complex negotiations and partner management at highest level
  • Strong commercial understanding across multiple levels of the value chain
