Job Description
The Electrical Team Lead will play a crucial role in leading a team of approximately 12 engineers within our electrical department. As part of our leadership team, you will contribute to the further development of one of Denmark's strongest technical environments within electrical solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day activities in the team and providing visible, tangible leadership.
- Supporting employees in projects with coaching and guidance.
- Continuously developing the competence of employees in the team through our Performance and Development Process.
- Participating in the recruitment process of new team members.
- Contributing to the development of the department's business plan and its implementation into the department and teams.
- Developing and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Developing and optimizing services and leading the process for optimizing engineering solutions to meet current and future market and client demands.
- Acting as an Electrical Lead Engineer and Project Manager on your own projects.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in electrical engineering. Your qualifications and experience should include:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Several years of documented experience in electrical design within P2X, power generation, offshore wind, or similar industries.
- Significant project management experience and preferably some experience with people management.
- Leadership skills in terms of identifying and developing talent, setting direction for teams, and managing performance.
- The ability to establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and mentor your team.
- A good commercial understanding.
- International experience and experience working across cultures and countries.
