Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Pilot Scale Trial Production: Run pilot-scale trial-production of a wide range of dairy and plant-based products, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
- Product Development: Develop and refine dairy and plant-based products through pilot-scale trial-production, collaborating closely with product developers and process designers.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pilot plant, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to execute trials, showcase prototypes within the innovation community, and report on observations and raw data.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, handling multiple development tasks and unit operations. Your solid understanding of technical contexts and experience handling equipment and processes will be invaluable in this position.
