In this key leadership role, you will have the opportunity to shape the culinary direction of Chow Co's Palazzo Diner. Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of food preparation, kitchen management, and culinary trends. You will work closely with our management team to develop and execute menus that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Main Job Functions:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to plating and presentation.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and optimal pricing.

  • Lead and train kitchen staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and consistency.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in menu planning, product development, and sales promotions.

Mandatory Skills:
