The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Driven Retail Specialist to join our Branded Channels Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making across all branded channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive datasets to support store network decisions;
- Creating advanced analytics models to identify key trends and understand commercial implications;
- Supporting Branded Channel Teams globally to make better informed data-led decisions;
- Managing defined sets of performance dashboards to ensure relevant data is accessible to all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in retail or franchise sales with a strong understanding of merchandising, finance, logistics, and store operations;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong analytical capability and ability to summarise complex data clearly;
- Experience using spatial and BI tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI;
- Strong collaborative and project management skills to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
- A commercial approach with quantitative and analytical skills to extract insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.
