About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Lenus. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide support with financial processes, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as well as ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Rolling Forecasting Model: Assist in the development and enhancement of the rolling forecasting model to support future growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and management reports with executive summaries for all relevant department heads, the executive leadership team, and investors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage in recurring meetings with stakeholders to provide valuable business insights and recommendations based on skilful financial analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Management Engineering.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or a different Financial- or Business-oriented role.
  • Skills: Experience working with financial modelling principles, budgeting, and forecasting practices. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
