We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller/Finance Partner to join our Cost Management team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a trusted advisor to the head of our DK facility management and his organization, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support in matters related to cost management, financial analysis, business planning, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the FM Function in Ramboll Denmark, ensuring transparency and high quality in financial reporting.
- Drive a continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs by utilizing data-driven spend.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the rest of finance to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- Define, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer the function and measure performance.
- Work closely with the Finance Director, country Management team, and Denmark FM & RE as the trusted finance partner.
- Organize financial reviews and prepare consolidated overviews of FM results for Denmark, budget, and other relevant financial information.
- 7+ years of work experience within financial planning & analysis, and/or experience as a trusted finance partner.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in leading financial modeling and working with business intelligence systems.
- Solid understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Hands-on with excellent attention to details, and you care passionately about being precise and accurate.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
