The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety (EHS) principles and practices, with a focus on data management and reporting.

This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting on EHS-related data to provide insights and facilitate decision-making processes within the organization.

You will work closely with production teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance workplace safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data input, analysis, and status reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and report on EHS-related data
  • Monitoring and follow-up on various action plans: Coordinate activities across our Working Environment Organization (AMO)
  • Internal communication: Develop and disseminate EHS campaigns, newsletters, and presentations to promote awareness and engagement within the organization
  • Coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) organization: Maintain organizational charts, coordinate meetings and workshops, and provide support for specific initiatives
  • HSE Training: Oversee, plan, coordinate, and follow up on HSE training initiatives to ensure compliance and competency
  • Well-being: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and provide necessary follow-up
  • Coordinate the implementation of improvement projects: e.g., procedures, legislation, action plans

We are looking for candidates with prior experience working with EHS and an interest in working with data analytics. You should be a team player with a flair for communication and creating meaningful relationships throughout a large organization.
