Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ESG reporting lead to join our sustainability team at GlobalConnect A/S. In this role, you will be responsible for leading ESG reporting efforts, including reporting to SBTi and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and executing our sustainability strategy and initiatives to fulfill our ESG reporting commitments.
  • Enhancing ESG reporting processes based on data-gap analyses and improving documentation and data quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to collect and ensure high-quality data.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our ESG reporting aligns with the company's objectives and external standards.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, Auditing, or Data Management.
  • Business proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.
  • 3-7 years of experience with sustainability and ESG reporting.
  • Strong skills in systematic data work with a high degree of attention to detail and project management.
  • Experience managing larger and complex projects involving stakeholders across large organizations.
