Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Ambu Group's internal financial control framework to ensure global consistency.
  • Prepare risk assessments and entity scoping.
  • Evaluate control design defined by entities.
  • Conduct desktop reviews to enhance compliance and governance.
  • Plan and conduct controlling visits to entities in Ambu.
  • Prepare and update guidelines, best practices, and provide training/workshops.
  • Maintain and govern action plans to close issues/identified control deficiencies.
  • Be a trusted partner for entities and functions in Ambu's global entities and the wider business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, audit, or related field.
  • +3 years' experience working in external audit, internal audit, financial compliance, financial controlling, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a global organization with global stakeholders.
  • Analytical and structural approach, with logic and pragmatic thinking.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Experience with compliance management tools is advantageous.
  • Dedication to meeting expectations within a global organization, along with a proactive approach to taking ownership and responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, coupled with personal integrity.
  • A positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written English capabilities.
