Research Focus:

Our research focuses on the development of innovative energy conversion technologies using the unique properties of piezoelectricity and pyroelectricity.

Specifically, we are seeking a PhD candidate to contribute to the discovery of new piezoelectric and pyroelectric materials for the next-generation energy storage and electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on the growth and characterization of complex oxide thin films
  • Developing new methods for measuring the electrical and mechanical properties of these materials
  • Collaborating with international research groups to advance the field of piezoelectric and pyroelectric materials

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering, or a similar field
  • A strong background in condensed matter physics or materials science
  • Experience with PLD growth of complex oxide thin films and heterostructures
