About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at GN Group. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial management and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and managerial reports to aid in formulating strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial performance and drive business growth.
  • Drive and support a continuous digitalization agenda for data visualization in management reporting.
Requirements
  • A higher educational background within finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant fields of study.
  • Several years of experience in a similar finance role, financial advisory, finance consulting or finance business partnering.
  • Solid financial and business understanding.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools, software, and data visualization dashboards, such as SAP and PowerBI, is seen as beneficial.
  • Well-developed stakeholder- and change management abilities from a complex environment.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
