Employee Relations Manager Role

The EMEA Employee Relations team is seeking a customer-obsessed Employee Relations Manager to lead Labor Relations in the Nordic countries. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations across the region.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and mitigate risks. This role offers the opportunity to work in any of our offices in Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people programs, policies, and practices to promote positive employee relations.

• Advise on employee-related decisions and strategies during new country expansions.

• Design and deliver training to build ELR knowledge for managers and HR colleagues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal counsel, on establishment and third-party interactions.

• Assess employee engagement levels and support initiatives to achieve engagement targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations roles.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Nordic countries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language.
