We are seeking a skilled People Culture Coordinator to join our team in ECCO Europe North. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to managers on various People-related matters.
Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Support: Provide comprehensive support and advice to managers on a range of People matters, including hiring, sick leave, maternity leave, and corrective measures.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processes in a timely and accurate manner in cooperation with an external payroll provider.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support Retail Managers in understanding and following regulations and processes according to the local collective agreements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in HR/People & Culture department, preferably from an international organization.
- Working knowledge of Danish labour legislation.
- Fluent Danish and English language skills.
- Experience with payroll processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
