Multimedia Consultant

United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Consultant to support the development of high-quality online trainings. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver engaging multimedia content for e-learning modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop multimedia elements, including videos, animations, and interactive content, to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the technical content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Develop a functional prototype of the e-learning module, demonstrating various modes of delivery, including interactive videos, quizzes, and assessments.
- Deliver all modules/lessons using an appropriate authoring tool, such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or similar.
- Set up the course in the learning management system (LMS) and establish/embed relevant assessments/evaluations to measure learners' progress and knowledge.
- Test and quality assure the materials, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Orient course administrators on how to manage and update the content if needed.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in multimedia development and creation of high-quality online trainings.
- Strong knowledge of new media skills, including video/audio editing, animation, graphic design, and instructional design.
- Experience in establishing and structuring e-learning materials in learning management systems (LMS).
- Previous experience in UN or international organizations is an asset.
Fluency in English is required.
Duration and Working Schedule:The project will be delivered based on milestones rather than daily/monthly remuneration. The approximate time of delivery is estimated to 3 months.
