Kalundborg, Kalundborg Kommune, Denmark Novo Nordisk AS Full time

We are committed to creating an inclusive culture that celebrates the diversity of our employees, the patients we serve and communities we operate in. Together, we're life changing.

Novo Nordisk is growing, with 18 billion DKK investments from Novo Nordisk. We are building four new manufacturing facilities and expanding three existing facilities. The new facilities include state-of-the-art production technologies that will be bridged with our more than 50 years of experience in biomanufacturing.

We are looking for a colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. As an EWM Systems Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of EWM on our large-scale API project.

The Position

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks, define requirements, and ensure alignment of interfaces that interact with EWM across the project.
  • Providing support for the delivery of EWM solutions that are in alignment with all of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing.
  • Focusing on working with stakeholders, our external partners, and other automation organizations across API.
  • Continuing support going from the project phase into operations.

Your primary location will be in Kalundborg, in close proximity to the manufacturing sites. As many of our collaboration partners work around Copenhagen, it is sometimes expected that you will also travel to work in those areas.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the following skills and experiences:

  • A degree within IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or have other relevant experience from recent job(s).
  • 2-5+ years of professional experience working in manufacturing logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and requirements. Experience within the Pharma industry or other highly regulated industry (GMP) preferred.
  • Experience working with EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proactivity, eagerness to learn, solution-orientation, willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.
  • Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
About the Team

The IT and Automation Department is comprised of a diverse team of individuals with a range of nationalities and professional experiences. The team's atmosphere is very inclusive, with team members supporting one another in adapting to Novo Nordisk and life in Kalundborg.
