Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for training program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for individual programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts, facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations.
  • Leverage technical tools, such as LMS, LXP, and event management software, to enhance training delivery and analysis.
Facilitator Engagement and Management
  • Establish partnerships with internal and external facilitators to ensure access to top talent and expertise.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain facilitators, recognizing their contributions to program success.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality training materials and services.
  • Analyze feedback from participants and facilitators to inform program improvements and optimize the learning experience.
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Learning and Development team.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program excellence and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records of training program outcomes, using data to inform future program development and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in training and development, applying this knowledge to enhance program effectiveness.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to improve their program delivery skills.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of program progress and outcomes.
