Senior/Lead Software Engineer @ Ramboll Stakeholder Intelligence

At Ramboll Stakeholder Intelligence, we're looking for talented software engineers to join our collaborative team. As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative digital products that effectively collect, analyze, and present data from stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our agile Scrum team to develop cutting-edge solutions for our web-based products.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and operations, with a customer-centric approach.
- Develop full-stack solutions using technologies like Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL, with a focus on automated testing.
- Drive innovative problem-solving through close collaboration with the team to define product functionality and technical implementation.
- Contribute to a diverse and cross-functional team where different perspectives and points of view are valued both professionally and personally.
- Work with technical strategy to impact the direction of our technological path and products across the Stakeholder Intelligence area.
- Design and develop architectural solutions to address future customer needs, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Promote technical excellence through continuous improvement, both in culture and product development.
- Lead by example by mentoring less experienced professionals in the team and organization.
- Relevant education in computer science, software development, or related fields, with multiple years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Passion for developing modern, user-friendly digital products and a deep understanding of their essence.
- Positive growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Proven understanding of robust engineering design and well-formed code.
- Ambitious mindset and motivation to develop skills.
- Strong English skills, written and orally, and the ability to understand, speak, and write Danish (minimum CEFR B1, preferable B2 or higher).
- Knowledge of Scrum or other agile working methods.
- Ability to work as a team player, taking responsibility and driving initiatives.
- An agile work process with short development cycles and autonomy.
