  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and quality control.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Closing out all CSI related topics.
  • Leading and managing service delivery teams, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to stakeholders on service performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive service sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and customer management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead teams.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
