We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CVP Environment and Energy Partner at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Business Support area, you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting our environmental and energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on environmental and energy-related matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Conduct environmental and energy assessments of new projects and changes, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for action.
- Support the development and implementation of our environmental strategy, including the creation of trustworthy forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement opportunities for reducing energy, water, and waste in our operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Master's degree in environmental management, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Fluency in Danish and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
