IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our Microsoft-based internal IT infrastructure.
This is a unique opportunity to work with various technologies, including Windows, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Lenovo, Dell EMC, and Veeam. As part of our small, dedicated IT team, you will prioritize professionalism, knowledge sharing, quality, and a positive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating key areas of Continia's infrastructure, optimizing infrastructure by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, developing and automating internal processes, and ensuring ongoing compliance with Continia's ISAE 3402 certification.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and practical experience with Microsoft infrastructure environments and applications
- Strong technical understanding of Windows AD, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft 365, Lenovo, SANs, Veeam, and PowerShell scripting
- Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach to your work and an ability to maintain an overview
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of Continia's organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English, both spoken and written), and the ability to work independently
