They will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety protocols, conducting site audits, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans for all on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that subcontractors are properly prequalified and that detailed methodologies are in place for all works under client control.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of safety records, including document review records, induction training, and task-specific training.
  • Lead coaching sessions to guide project staff on safe working practices and promote a culture of safety excellence.
  • Ensure that the project quality plan is implemented, and inspection and test plans are being carried out effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Safety Professional or HSE Advisor in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
