Business Development Lead for Danish Market Expansion

**Launch and Lead the Danish Branch of BrightAnalytics**
We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the launch and growth of our Danish operations. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing this new market from scratch.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in the success of BrightAnalytics' international expansion plan and drive all steps of country launch with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute business development strategies to build a customer base through targeted marketing actions and sales cycles.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with local customers, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Hire, train, lead, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Act as a coach, ensuring global processes and best practices are adopted efficiently across the organization.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of entrepreneurial success.
- A Master's Degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local culture and customs is highly valued.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to continuously achieve goals and exceed targets.
