The University of Copenhagen is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join the Lund Group at the Biotech Research and Innovation Centre. The position is available immediately and is a fixed-term appointment limited to three years.
You will be responsible for conducting research on ribosome specialization and its role in human disease. This will involve working with a range of model systems, including human stem cells, neuronal cultures, and 2D and 3D cultures of human cells and patient samples.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting experiments and analyzing data to understand the mechanisms of ribosome specialization and its role in human disease
- Developing new techniques and collaborating with local and international collaborators
- Presenting research findings at conferences and workshops
Requirements:
- PhD in biomedical or natural sciences
- Experience in molecular and cellular biology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Proficiency in English
