Our E-commerce TeamYou will join a dynamic e-commerce department at VERO MODA based in Aarhus, working alongside a team of passionate colleagues. Together, you will leverage diverse skills - from traffic management and campaign execution to analytics, trading, operations, and development.
Your RoleAs our E-commerce intern, your primary focus will be on optimizing and implementing new processes within CRM. You will collaborate closely with our CRM specialist, utilizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to develop our email marketing strategy. This will involve ensuring the growth of our customer database and boosting conversion rates through data-driven personalization.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up newsletters in Voyado
- Developing and maintaining our email automation workflows
- Building new customer segments
- Analysing data and delivering performance reports
- A/B testing
- Monitoring customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Implementing findings
