This exciting role will focus on developing and executing paid media strategies, optimizing website performance, and analyzing campaign results to identify insights and improve ROI. As a key member of our Digital and E-commerce team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet our business objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across seven markets to optimize platform activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and involvement across projects and business objectives.
- Oversee budget management for paid media and website development, prioritizing projects to improve ROI.
- Develop and execute roadmaps for both business areas, driving innovation and growth.
- Analyze campaign and website performance to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations.
About You:
- Masters-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in at least one area: paid media, digital development, e-commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced English skills (verbal and written).
