Hospital Network Solutions: A Technical Perspective
About the JobThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry. As a Hospital Network Solutions Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Masimo customers in Denmark, with occasional travel to other regions and remote support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in presales proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate the capabilities of our hospital automation solutions
- Implement service sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Support key accounts and end users with product sales and proposals
- Identify potential customer training issues and propose solutions to ensure seamless integration of our systems
- Be the customer advocate for all matters involving service for Hospital Automation Solutions
Your primary duties will include working on Proof of Concepts, key account support, and further enhancing hospital automation solutions within key accounts. You may also perform installation of our network-based patient monitoring and other systems using LAN/WAN, WLAN, and VLAN topologies in various hospital environments.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Three or more years of experience in Enterprise network management
- In-depth knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol in an Enterprise environment
- Excellent networked systems troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of VPN configurations and use
- Established self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
