We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Expert to join our client's ISRRP Programme within the Banking Industry. This pivotal role involves leading and managing business and programme transition/transformation activities, with a key focus on ensuring successful organisational change and alignment.

Job Overview

The Change Manager will play a crucial role in transitioning activities in collaboration with business lines, programme management, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in organisational change management, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication across all organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Transition and Change Management: Provide best practice insights into service transition and organisational change management.
  • Planning and Improvement: Maintain and continuously enhance the service and business transition plans.
  • Project Support: Assist Project Managers, Programme Management, and Business Lines with transition activities, taking ownership of specific projects.
  • Impact Assessment and Planning: Lead change impact assessments and develop actionable change management plans for programme deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Achieve stakeholder alignment and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including workstream leadership, SPOCs, COOs, and BCIOs.
  • Transition Materials: Produce comprehensive transition materials and ensure their effectiveness in achieving organisational goals.
  • IAM Programme Handover: Support the handover process for the Identity Access Management (IAM) programme to transition into a fully functional IAM line.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Maintain detailed reporting overviews (execution tables) for all business areas and communicate overall progress to stakeholders.
Desired Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in organisational change management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading impact assessments, change planning, and delivering change activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in senior stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects within complex organisational settings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in financial services, technology, and risk management change initiatives.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all organisational levels.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred to meet project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with programme and project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multi-national teams.
  • Previous exposure to large-scale transformation projects in the financial sector.
