We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Executive to join our Nordic team at Royal Canin SAS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing activity and promotion plans in line with Royal Canin's brand and channel strategies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling customers with significant presence in the eCommerce channel and fluency in English and a respective Nordic language.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer & Channel Leadership: Lead and manage a customer portfolio of selected Pet Specialty Retail customers across the Nordics, developing activity and promotion plans in line with Royal Canin's brand and channel strategies.
· Account Development: Create comprehensive customer account plans and joint business plans to accelerate mutual growth.
· Strategic Negotiations: Lead international customer negotiations within the Royal Canin commercial framework, focusing on building strong, long-term partnerships.
· Category Expertise & Leadership: Deploy Royal Canin's category vision and co-own signature programs such as Perfect Store and Perfect Digital Store.
· Team Collaboration and Development: Foster team engagement and contribute to collective growth by sharing best practices.
