Documentation Specialist for Marine Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to join our team at Swedavia AB. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for our marine engines.

Your primary focus will be on developing product-specific manuals, spare parts documentation, and other after-sales information. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers and engine builders, as well as suggesting improvements to our internal work processes.

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers. About the Role:

  • Create and maintain product-specific manuals and spare parts documentation
  • Communicate with customers and engine builders
  • Suggest improvements to internal work processes and support ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CAD and PLM software
