This esteemed department is committed to exploring responsible management, organisation, and governance in a globalising world.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 105 faculty members, along with 22 PhD students and 10 administrative staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative academic community. As a strategic leader, you will participate actively in shaping CBS' strategic direction and central institutional procedures and policies through regular engagement with Senior Management.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for the department's continued growth and development
  2. Lead and manage a diverse team of faculty members, PhD students, and administrative staff
  3. Collaborate with Senior Management to drive CBS' strategic ambition

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong vision for the department's future, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of leadership experience in academia or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
