Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 105 faculty members, along with 22 PhD students and 10 administrative staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative academic community. As a strategic leader, you will participate actively in shaping CBS' strategic direction and central institutional procedures and policies through regular engagement with Senior Management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for the department's continued growth and development
- Lead and manage a diverse team of faculty members, PhD students, and administrative staff
- Collaborate with Senior Management to drive CBS' strategic ambition
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong vision for the department's future, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements- Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of leadership experience in academia or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
