Job Title: E2E Solution Designer - Telecom Service Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled E2E Solution Designer - Telecom Service Assurance to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for Telecom Service Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for Telecom Service Assurance
  • Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in the complete Telecom Service Assurance area
  • Define high and low-level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering complete OSS
  • Lead a team of consultants/designers to achieve stated project/program goals
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
  • Analyze problems faced by the customer and participate in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of e2e solution design
  • Experience in OSS architecture, design, and implementation for Telecom customers to enable effective capturing of requirements within Service Assurance
  • Understanding of telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools: Design Patterns, UML, BPMN, SOA, etc.
  • Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rollout
  • Knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/regulations/best practices like eTOM, TNA, SID, ITIL, IEEE, etc.
  • Understanding of the overall OSS/BSS landscape with the entire application stack
  • Knowledge of web APIs, SOAP, REST architecture
  • Lead qualities with experience in leading a team of consultants/designers to achieve stated project/program goals
  • Experience in defining the process, business requirements, and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and review proposals from internal teams, provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day-to-day decisions to run client projects
  • Engagement with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners, and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
  • Analyze problems faced by the customer, participate in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
  • Ability to groom team members
  • Good communication and client interfacing skills with cross-cultural working experience to work with multinational clients independently
