I denne rolle skal du arbejde tæt sammen med vores butikschefer og andre afdelinger til at identificere områder, hvor vi kan forbedre vores procesfaciliteter. Du vil være ansvarlig for at designe og implementere nye arbejdsgangsstrukturer, som vil styrke både butiksdriften og kundeoplevelsen.

Du vil være nøgleperson i den daglige ledelse af vores operationelle teams og samarbejde med cheferne til at fastsætte mål og prioritering af opgaverne. Derudover skal du følge op på implementationen af nye procedurer og bruge data til at evaluere og justere dem efter behovet.

Hvad kræves:

  • Mindst 5 års erfaring med operationsledelse eller procesforbedring inden for detail- eller servicebranchen.
  • Evnen til at identificere ineffektive processer, analysere problemer og udvikle kreative løsninger samt stærke analytiske færdigheder.
  • Gode kommunikationsevner med evnen til at oversætte analyser til klare og definerede standarder og effektivt engagere butikschefer, medarbejdere og andre teams for at implementere og forankre disse standarder.
