About the Role

The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for ensuring the technical alignment between different work streams in our NPI projects, including Manufacturing Concepts, Tooling, Process Design, Quality, and Logistics. This role requires a strong understanding of our production lines and the ability to optimize capacity utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team committed to a specific New Product Introduction on either Nacelle or Hub
  • Act as technical counterpart to the Project Manager
  • Ensure technical alignment between different work streams in NPI projects
  • Optimize capacity utilization in our production lines
Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • Relevant background in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Extensive working experience in manufacturing
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with DfM - Design for Assembly, Test, Logistics, transport, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Windchill applications
