This role involves working closely with the Strategic Sourcing team, local Procurement teams globally and stakeholders across the Pandora organization.
You will have a dynamic and self-starter profile with a result-oriented approach and the ability to motivate others to deliver results.
Main Responsibilities:- Execute and deliver on Projects and Strategies in line with our Cost Program targets for the Category.
- Maintain Category governance and subcategory structure.
- Deliver results in areas such as top- and bottom-line impact, risk management, sustainability & compliance management.
- Lead sourcing projects individually and in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Negotiate with key global suppliers.
- Implement supplier relation management (SRM) approach.
- Manage Category KPIs.
- Analyse and respond to market trends, opportunities, risks etc.
