Join us at DTU Compute in developing innovative solutions for real-world problems using advanced Bayesian deep learning techniques. We are seeking a skilled and motivated PhD candidate to work on a research project that combines geometric and probabilistic approaches to machine learning.

The project aims to tackle the challenges of Bayesian deep learning by developing new inference methods that can handle complex geometric structures. You will work closely with our research team, led by Søren Hauberg, to design, implement, and evaluate these methods.

To be successful, you should have a solid background in machine learning, mathematics, and programming. A two-year master's degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master's degree is required. Experience with computational tools such as Jax, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
