Information Security Manager

Reshape Biotech is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our Business Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our critical assets and data.
About the RoleThe Information Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information security strategies and protocols. This includes monitoring and ensuring compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations. You will also lead incident response initiatives and manage security breaches effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement information security strategies and protocols
- Monitor and ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations
- Lead incident response initiatives and manage security breaches
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with all Reshape teams to ensure robust security measures across all systems
- Educate and train employees on information security best practices
- Provide security input for commercial processes to enhance customer trust and satisfaction
- Extensive knowledge of information security principles and practices
- Experience with security frameworks such as ISO and 27017), NIST, SOC2, and GDPR
- Effective communication skills for navigating topics of both high and low complexity
- Proven experience in incident response and security breach management
- Experience from (or a strong interest in) fast-growing startups
