SHAPING NEW TOMORROW is seeking a talented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. As a Paid Search Expert, you will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing ROI for our Paid Search activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies, and Quality Score variables. Experience with SEO is a plus, but not required.

This role involves collaborating with our team lead to ensure best practice account setup and sustainable long-term growth. You will also develop and implement test-and-learn frameworks to drive the evolution of our Paid Search channel.

We value individuals who can manage large marketing budgets, deliver against ROI targets, and communicate complex performance data to stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic Paid Search projects and optimize ROI
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet best practices
