At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a talented Games Concept Designer to join our LEGO Games team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences and will be responsible for facilitating ideation and early-stage design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a creative and collaborative environment to develop innovative gameplay mechanics and flow.
- Design and iterate prototypes with the team to bring concepts to life.
- Communicate and present ideas effectively to internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Game Design Documents.
- Analyze player needs, audience profiles, and other insights to define the right product value propositions.
- Examine player ecosystems to identify trends and behaviors.

Requirements:
- Experience with digital product development, from ideation to concept to final.
- A passion for creating and working with creative team members.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A strong interest in the game development process.
- A passion for playing a variety of games.
- A systematic approach to design, with the ability to prioritize according to relevant needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with game creation engines such as UEFN, Unreal, or Unity 3D.

Billund, Denmark.
Working Arrangements:
Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
