Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who can build strong relationships with key customers in the Scandinavian market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, creating new opportunities for growth and further strengthening existing partnerships.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and targeted outreach, leveraging CRM tools to track activities and manage sequences.
- Solution Presentations: Conduct needs analysis to position relevant solutions and deliver tailored product demonstrations, using the MEDDICC framework to close deals.
- Closing Deals and Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
- Portfolio Growth and Expansion: Understand client businesses to identify additional service opportunities and foster trust to drive renewals.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Your success will be measured by your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements- A proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management, specifically in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience on the shop or production floor, bringing valuable insights into the manufacturing process.
- Fluent in Swedish (required) and English.
- Self-motivated and driven to help customers achieve their goals.
- Ability to apply consultative and team-selling strategies in a competitive market.
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience tracking sales activity in CRM software (HubSpot preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN/MEDDIC preferred but not required).
