We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Assistant to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to project management, ensuring the smooth execution of project activities and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, optimize, and track project activities and support project management towards agreed goals
- Plan meetings and events, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on actions
- Update and coordinate the project budget
- Perform IT-related tasks, such as maintaining the project's Microsoft Teams site and updating the project plan
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Experience working in a project administration role for at least a few years
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Flair for IT systems, especially within MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and project tools
- Confidence in working with updating and coordinating budgets
- Proficiency in English at business level and located in Denmark
